A: What about the lead time?

B: Sample 3-5days, for mass production 15-25days base on different quantity.

A: OEM & ODM are available?

B: Of course, we support ODM and OEM, for laser brand logo, brand color box and outer carton.

A: How to deal with the faulty??

B: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will offer free spare parts and send to customer side by air, the freight cost will undertake by us.

A: What mean One-stop solutions?

B: Upon receiving your project, we will provide a detailed proposal, conduct Dialux lighting simulations, assist with procurement of other products, handle inspection of goods, offer complimentary warehousing, and coordinate the consolidation and shipment of all products.
